Cassandra Saturn took her personal time off for this creation of our very first Twitch article based on streaming and how to help streamer increases his/her chances of getting seen by viewers and much more!

Streaming Room Layout

here are few examples that you can use this as inspiration to create your own layout for streaming. boy, these are so cool to look at. they’re actually great for setting up the ambiance and look of your room should you choose to stream yourself and your room. you can be totally unique and original much as you want it to be.

examples below

RGB light strips, why RGB?

RGB light strips are the basically the colored light strips. they’re most popular and an fan favorite among streamers and viewers. you can pick any color or change the whole ambiance with it. they also create Atmosphere look and mood feel through them.

I strongly recommend you buy or has them, use them to create that look. some stores even online you can find them to be really cheap depending on the price of such stores.

I actually liked monster RGB led light strips from Walmart so I use these for my room.

stream deck, why stream deck?

stream deck is best option for streamers, which are widely used in anything it can do after you programmed it to do.

the best one is elgato stream deck. most streamers use that. but also pricey, you’d have to shell out almost $150 or $200 to buy the device. of course, it depends on prices in stores in your area whom may have it. then again, streamers also have purchased a larger version of Elgato stream deck, known as Elgato stream deck XL. also very extremely pricey but it has more programmable buttons. you’d have to shell out additional $500 or more to buy them. fortunately, here are alternatives for less but they may/might not be best. so it’s up to you to decide which one is more suitable for your stream.

lametric clock, why this?

that’s very good question! streamers actually use this smart clock which can do anything that’s connected to your account, for example, it can show you the follow count. so streamers actually buy these in bulk for separate accounts for follower count.

this device is smart machine, so it really can do real time accurate updated information on anything else including follower count. that’s why streamers favor this device the most. they’re actually quite sought for. of course, like usual.. you can find alternatives as well for cheap. these devices are quite expensive to purchase. roughly about $200 to 500. depending on the price of stores in the area or overbroad.

gaming microphones, why?

very good reason to wonder how it goes with the stream. it’s because streamers uses them to talk to viewers, audience to keep them engaged with the streamer. this interaction is very paramount and important to retain the viewers and followers.

most streamers actually don’t know how important this is actually to have this. it’s pretty much everything to stay engaged with you as you talk to them. if you don’t have any of those, you can’t keep them interested enough to stay. here are many options available for you to purchase. here are best and good ones out here. from expensive to cheap, affordable. streamers’s favorite are XLR devices for streaming. as mentioned previously, options also includes USB or not USB devices. so, choose what is suitable for you. headphones with mic works as well.

gaming chair, why?

this is yet other good question. the gaming chair helps with your posture, reduce fatigue and to help manage your emotions in moment. it is good for your back and your legs to feel better while the back remains positioned in the place for any length of time as needed. it offers many benefits for the body. RGB gaming chair also works, preventing you from falling on your bum in dark and other things that’s worse fate.

background break for pleasure viewing.

RGB keyboard, why do we need that?

good question as well. we do need this particular keyboard for our streams..

having RGB keyboard will help us see keys in dark during the streams, even in dimmed light. it is critical during the matches on a game that you never mess up or fumble around in dark as well. even during intense match. it will help aid your eyes and coordination. even if you’re typing to speak with the community in chat. it’s also a matter of finding one that suits you.

RGB Mouse, why?

it’s pretty good question too. we also need a mouse that’s RGB so we can see it in dark as well.

the benefits of having RGB mouse will help us see in dark and also because it can allow you to play at your best in any level you are at. it’ll help reduce pain and fatigue if you have found a right fit for you while it’s comfortable for your hand.

RGB mousepad, do we need this?

oh yes we definitely need that.

the benefits of having RGB mousepad that prevents mouse from slipping or sliding around. even the extended version for keyboard and mouse on same pad will also help with that as well. it will help you know the boundary between the desk and the keyboard and mouse itself. so you don’t accidentally bump into the desk in dark while it’s idling which would end up with you being hurt and dropping F bombs and other swear words.. swearing like a sailor. this one is best way to avoid that. also here are many designs of mousepad that’s very cool. you can find one that suits you and your theme, look. it’ll define who you are.

Cassandra Saturn has additional tip for the aspiring content creators of Twitch, YouTube and other else where you might stream on.

folks, I’ll be frank with you regarding them. the first tip is that you’re going to always end up meeting a viewer that’s very different and unique.

webcaptioner, why do we need it?

webcaptioner is accurate real time captioning program for twitch streamers and other content creators. it is used for streams that has deaf or hard of hearing viewers. it’ll help them understand what you are saying exactly. even if it translates the accents. the drawback is just only accent. it will make funny responses due to the accents by streamers. for example, Bong translates into Dong. even streamers and viewers have laughs and chuckle over it. but it is truly a best program for streamers. you’re going have to make accommodations for viewers. but it’s also known fact that having captioning program for streams can help boost viewer count and increase follower count. not only does it help, it can also draw in more people who wants captioned streams because of that, they are incredibly difficult to find for viewers who wants that. here are almost 7 to 8 million viewers (just a theory estimate) out here in the world that is asking for the captioned streams.

Cassandra ponders how to help fellow content creators and viewers..

the problem is, Twitch and YouTube’s CC is notoriously terrible, it’s not even real time. nor it is viewable on main stream window. it’s been viewable on separate window. which is troublesome to viewers and audience who’s still trying to keep up with Livestream. Twitch, YouTube has been deploying terrible Captions for Livestream for few years now. none of them have fixed these issues. nor have they did include tags for Captions for any streams that might have them. because of these, they are hampering the efforts of streamers from reaching anyone else who might be interested in their content they make.

not too long time ago, Cassandra has been trying to figure out how to make it accessible to viewers and audience for streamers because some popular streamers such as Ninja and Shroud have refused to set up a captioning program for their viewers. that’s been ongoing for years. because of these actions, they are basically denying viewer’s right to know what’s happening in the live stream. as if you don’t know, such viewers generally avoid streamers because they have not established captioned streams. it leads to loss of viewers and follower count, money over the time. and that can potentially cause them to lose any favor or weight in their words to deaf or hard of hearing viewers and they will be excluded from them. in other words, they will be no longer recommended to their friends and family for lack of captioned streams.. deaf viewers are basically gold mine. some of them potentially could be very, very rich and might donate no more than $5,000 to $750,000. deaf community actually stick together no matter what. it’s pretty much common sense that they will do something they like about their streamer, in this case, a donation. they range anywhere. last time a deaf viewer have donated was one million to twitch streamer in past.

that’s all I’m gonna say about that. the point is, be respectful and responsible, understanding of deaf people. so.. the items mentioned in the list can be found at Walmart, Fred Meyer, Target, Best Buy and other stores. even online store, Wish.
